Women should feel empowered by childbirth, no matter what type of birth they are planning. Dr. Meg is all about creating a calm, safe, and informed space to bring your baby into the world. She has experience with hospital births and is also available for home births. Currently taking births on a limited basis, reach out to discuss availability!
Doula Services Include:
24/7 support via phone call/text in weeks leading up to and after due date
1-2 in-person prenatal visits to answer questions, establish birth preferences
On-call in-person support for duration of labor and delivery
1-2 in-person postpartum visits if desired for postpartum and lactation support

Dr. Stavalone will provide any assistance you need for connecting with providers within the community, or addressing any muscoloskeletal concerns post-birth. Chiropractic care for kids can be helpful for feeding issues, gas, colic, reflux, constipation, and so much more. Be sure to take care of yourself and schedule a postpartum chiropractic visit for yourself, to address any musculoskeletal concerns you may have postpartum.
